DPF Cleaning Process

- Full diagnostic checks carried out as sometimes it is a problem with an item before the DPF that has caused excess carbon which in turn blocks the DPF.

- With the vehicle at running temperature we directly connect our machine to the DPF and carry out the cleaning process with clean & flush chemicals.

- Reset learned values, apply after treatment chemicals to fuel system & carry out road test. Where required we can also perform forced regenerations of the DPF using our diagnostic equipment. Vehicle's Covered Light Commercial & Cars up to 6ltrs in engine size.
