Diesel Particulate Filter / Petrol Particulate Filter

By injecting pulses of hydrogen in to the air intake we are able to clear carbon deposits within the engine that would normally take an excessive number of man hours to access.

It is worth noting that although it has been known to ‘cure’ carbon related issues, hydrogen cleaning has a far greater effect as a preventative method. By carrying out a hydrogen carbon clean every 6/12 months you will significantly reduce the he failure of expensive parts such as injectors, egr’s & dpf’s.

Carbon is the by product of burnt fuel (like how ash is to fire), carbon can be removed in a few ways using heat, chemical or force. By adding hydrogen to the air mixture we increase the burning temperature within the cylinder, the increase in heat is enough to break down the carbon without damaging the engine.

Every vehicles piston will have a pattern on it, the injector will have a specific direction, piston faces are directional and the valves will have a smooth face, all of these features are in place for an economical and smooth engine. When carbon builds up it distorts these patterns.

By removing the carbon from within the cylinder the engine returns back to a near new factory state, This makes for a smoother, quieter, more economical drive. Additionally by removing the carbon from injector nozzles we prolong its life, further more with the engine now running cleaner we are less likely to contaminate 'after-cylinder' components, such as egrs and dpfs.

Hydrogen Carbon Cleaning is suitable for all petrol and diesel engines, however

it is typically more effective on diesels with improvements noticeable straightaway.
